Lots of users are getting added to fake announcement channels currently, please note that you can change your Telegram settings so that others can not add you to groups. You find this in Settings > Privacy and Security > Privacy > Groups
The only announcement channel is @snetann
Stay safe! Admins will not start a dm with you, there is no token migration.
