Hey!
I’m Daniel, part of the supervisory council. We’ve had a couple of meetings now as a council and have agreed on the following rough plan:
1. we’ll orient ourselves by doing a stakeholder mapping and understanding the perspective of the different stakeholders in the community
2. Based on the insights we’ll devise a vision for our 6 month tenure and propose a strategy, then get feedback on it
3. From there, we’ll start running a series of experiments to advance towards the vision (and we’ll use the learnings to potentially iterate the vision and strategy too)
(this is a rough outline, reality is often messier)
To kick this off, we’re running a community survey and would very much appreciate your answers and also your help DMing others who are involved. People often need multiple reminders and as a council we’ve rather limited capacity to do outreach so any support you can provide us spreading the word and reminding others is most appreciated!
