Hey! I’m Daniel, part of the supervisory council. We’ve had a couple of meetings now as a council and have agreed on the following rough plan: 1. we’ll orient ourselves by doing a stakeholder mapping and understanding the perspective of the different stakeholders in the community 2. Based on the insights we’ll devise a vision for our 6 month tenure and propose a strategy, then get feedback on it 3.
